eQSL de R.KBC

Reçu une eQSL de Radio KBC station hollandaise privée, qui était une pirate dans le temps, et comme on peut le voir demande maintenant 2 dollars US pour une QSL papier alors que c'est une grosse station privée, lorsque la station était pirate elle ne demandait rien contre une QSL, voici le lien de son site : http://www.kbcradio.eu/
